Picknose is by far the largest of the four figures. He comes with a hat and hammer. His clothes are from the early original series after he, Oddbit, and Maggoty escaped from the Frozen Mountain trolls. He has one closed hand to hold the hammer. His shoulders and ankles are articulated, and his head turns. His clothes are nicely detailed with a belt buckle behind his long beard and ties on the back of his sleeves. Picknose's red paint had issues and most figures have an odd tacky feel to them.

Art Asylum created a set of four figures as the first series of ElfQuest figurines. A second series was planned but never went into production. Each figure had a base that fit together with the bases of the other three figures. The bases have small pegs to hold the figures. The feet have holes that fit on the pegs. The packaging for all four figures feature the cover of ElfQuest Volume 2, Issue 4, behind the figure and accessories.Wendy Pini created a four section background image and posted it online for collectors to download and display behind their figures.
