The Cutter figure came with New Moon, New Moon's Scabbard, and Nightrunner. Unlike the other figures, who each stayed on their own base, Nightrunner had two pegs on Cutter's base and two pegs on Tyldak's base. Cutter has "gripping" hands so he can hold New Moon in either hand. He can also ride Nightrunner. Nightrunner's legs have joints at the shoulders/hips, knees / elbows, and ankles. Cutter's arm cuff and torque were painted with copper based paint and many have oxidized to grayish green.

Art Asylum created a set of four figures as the first series of ElfQuest figurines. A second series was planned but never went into production. Each figure had a base that fit together with the bases of the other three figures. The bases have small pegs to hold the figures. The feet have holes that fit on the pegs. The packaging for all four figures feature the cover of ElfQuest Volume 2, Issue 4, behind the figure and accessories.
