Fax from Chuck Miller to Richard and "Wendi" Pini explaining why he wouldn't be able to cover WaRP's expenses to the World Fantasy Convention due to the fact that there had already been expenses paid out for Guests of Honor and the Master of Ceremonies as well as judges invited. He then goes on to say that he would love to publish a collected Elfquest in novel form and that the public would love it as well!
